The brief comes from the chair
Not from a trend report. A prescriber describes what they cannot currently prescribe — a paediatric vitiligo dose, a lip-specific gel, a non-minoxidil scalp option, an affordable maintenance AHA. That gap becomes the specification.
Actives are chosen against published work
Formulations are grounded in studies and research papers, and the references travel with the product when our team presents it. Where an active is included for a traditional rather than a trial-backed reason, we say so.
The vehicle gets equal weight

Liposomal nano encapsulation for retinol and coenzyme Q10; esterified forms such as kojic acid dipalmitate and hydroxypinacolone retinoate where the free acid is unstable or irritating; enzyme actives such as catalase and superoxide dismutase where the pathology is oxidative.
Indications stay separate
Androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium and premature greying are three different problems, so they get three different formulas. The same logic splits vitiligo into adult, paediatric, topical, lip and immune-involved products.
